Tips on how to lose weight naturally
Below are few tips on how to lose weight naturally and control your weight without using drugs or any chemical products:
1.Figure out the food calories - In order to lose weight, you must know that the calories that you take must be less than what you can burn. I suggest that you record all the foods and drinks that was taken in a small book as a reference. Try cooking methods to reduce the number of calories in food such as grilling or steaming boil. Do not eat fried foods!
2.Drink at least 8 glasses a day - Water does reduce your appetite naturally and helps the body to burn or metabolize fat in the body. You will not eat a lot since your stomach full with water. I recommend that you drink water at least 8 glasses of water a day to help you lose weight quickly. Try to avoid to drinking carbonated drinks.
3.Try not to exceed 150 carbs a day - I suggest 30 for breakfast/45 for lunch/45 for dinner/and 30 for an evening snack
4.Do not let stomach empty - If you let your stomach become empty and then you can not stand the hunger, it will actually encourage you to eat more.
5.Take something bitter before meals - Drink or gargle a glass of lemonade for a few seconds before enjoying your meals.
6.Reduce salt intake - Salt is not good for you. Salt is related to the high blood pressure which can lead to heart attack disease. In addition, salt also contributes to the gain of weight. High salt intake promotes water retention.
7.Focus on being healthy, not skinny - Most people who are successful in weight lost have changed their mindset from wanting to be thin into wanting to be healthy. Thus, try setting your mind to choose foods that can provide the optimal nutrients and nourishment to your body. You can refer to the food guide pyramid for the suggested foods which can included in your diet plan meals.
8.Always eat your breakfast - Not eating breakfast will cause you to eat more during the day. Breakfast is the most imprtant meal of the day. In a recent study, those who do not take their time to eat breakfast are more likely to be overweight than those who took it.
9.Eat fruits - Fruits can help you to burn your fat especially for the acidic fruits. Fruit will not only help you to lose weight but it also gives you several of vitamins which needed by your body. Eat a fruit after each meal. Why not try a fruit drink!
10.Overcome emotional pressure & stress - Studies show that unstable emotion such as stress and anxiety can cause you to eat a lot. So try to control and manage your emotions.
11.Exercise regularly to burn excess calories - There are many ways for you to exercise including, jogging, walking around the block, replacing the elevator with the stairs, park your vehicle at the end of the parking lot, etc. Try to exercise at least 20 minutes 3 times a week. Better yet, do it daily!
