Why would I or anyone even NEED TO USE CHEATmeals?
 
You do not "need" CHEATmeals, if you can follow a strict diet most of the time, have no problem holding yourself back at parties, events, holidays, restaurants or any where else where there is a lot of JUNK FOOD and everyone is having fun and "celebrating", then you are fine.

BUT, I doubt that is the case since most people will cheat on their diets.    Simply stated, LIFE gets in the way.

Lets face it, life can be stressful for most of us.  As a rule, most of us live a busy life-style and look forward to happy days or celebration events. FOOD is always at the core and it is RARELY just vegetables and healthy snacks.

On the weekends,  most of us want to have a social life.  If so, then you will simply take advantage of CHEATmeals with specific "bad" meals.

For some, it is mainly on the weekends. For others, it could be 2 or 3 times a week due to a hectic work schedule of most of us.  Either way, you are in control based on how much food you are going to eat and want to block.
